ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Time: 10am to 2 pm
  • Duration: 4 hours
  • Serving quantity: For 8-10 people
  • Material needed: All required ingredients, cooking utensils, disposable serving products, electric appliances like blender, Electric grill/burner if have one, paper towels to clean up, anything else you need
  • Material provided: Tables, electrical outlets and water for cooking.

  • Sangre Grande (Ojoe Road Grounds) on Sunday August 11th – Designated Dish: Soup/Broth
  • Princes Town (Sancho/St. Julien Grounds) on Sunday August 18th – Designated Dish: Sunday Lunch
  • Arima (Arima Velodrome) on Sunday August 25th – Designated Dish: Pastelles
  • Port of Spain (Queen’s Parl Savannah) on Saturday August 31st – Designated Dish: Pelau, Coleslaw and Plaintain
  • San Fernando (Skinner Park) on Sunday September 8th – Designated Dish: BBQ Fish.Meat, Macaroni Salad, or Fries
